这是我家自己房子，只是我现在在澳洲上学。只有我爸妈在家。我家是有4个房间, 现在有两件空房。 所以才想说把多余的房间都出租出去。我爸爸是老师，妈妈是会计。都是很好的人，上班时间很明确，正常的作息。家里没有宠物，也没有不良嗜好。

This is our own HDB flat. It is a 4 rooms jumbo house , currently there are two rooms available It's quite big compare to those new flat.

I am currently studying in Australia, and my parents are staying in that house. They are nice people and can speak both english and mandarin well and we do not have pets at home. currently, We prefer non-smokers as no one is smoking at home.
