這是我家自己房子，只是我現在在澳洲上學。只有我爸媽在家。我家是有4個房間, 現在有兩件空房。 所以才想說把多餘的房間都出租出去。我爸爸是老師，媽媽是會計。都是很好的人，上班時間很明確，正常的作息。家裡沒有寵物，也沒有不良嗜好。

This is our own HDB flat. It is a 4 rooms jumbo house , currently there are two rooms available It's quite big compare to those new flat.

I am currently studying in Australia, and my parents are staying in that house. They are nice people and can speak both english and mandarin well and we do not have pets at home. currently, We prefer non-smokers as no one is smoking at home.
