（LTA 新条例，的7月份起，那些持着工作准证的持有人不能继续使用国外注册车辆了。

或者简单的说还是可以进出新马！但是每天最少要离开新加坡6个小时。

随时可以入住，有一间HDB普通房出租，欢迎新马(单身/姐妹/情侣/夫妻)

(住高楼，环境安静优美，背向地铁，楼下有咖啡店和两个小型超市以及其他商店，靠近Yishun 24小时诊所，很是便利)

5.Legal register HDB address，at least 6 months contact ,no agency stay with owner)

(可报地址,至少住6个月，和屋主同住，没有中介费)

6.The tenant shall pay to the landlord 1 month deposit and 1 month rental fee

upon signing of this agreement.

租客在签署本协议的同时应向房东支付1个月的押金以及1的租金。

1. Tenant(s) shall not terminate this agreement within the first 6 month(s), failing which

the deposit will not refundable. If after 6 months, both parties can cooperate happily

and the lease can be continue. Thereafter, tenant or landlord wishing to terminate this

agreement, must give 1month notice.

租客不可以在6个月内终止租约协议，否则押金将不予退还。如果6个月后，双

方都可以愉快地合作，可以继续延长租期。如若过了此期限，房东或租客希望终止协议

必须在提前 1个月给予通知。

8.Have aircon,fan Air conditioning is only available from 10pm to 7am.$200 is cab,over all room people share

(提供空调，风扇， 空调只限在 10pm 开到 7am 200 元上限，超过全屋人平分。)

9.No cooking,No smoking No visitor ,Can't use living room

(不可煮，不能吸烟，不可以带访客 ,客厅不可以使用。)

1. 2 pax $1280, 1 pax $950

11.Any time can start to move in,pay date same as move in date

随时可以开始入住，搬进来的日期就是每月交租日期)

1. One month rent fee and one month deposit when leaving also must give one moth notice.

   （搬进来时一个月房租和一个月押金，搬离时至少一个月通知)

13.Wash machine use 3-4 day once)

   （洗衣机3-4天用一次)
