（LTA 新條例，的7月份起，那些持著工作準證的持有人不能繼續使用國外註冊車輛了。

或者簡單的說還是可以進出新馬！但是每天最少要離開新加坡6個小時。

隨時可以入住，有一間HDB普通房出租，歡迎新馬(單身/姐妹/情侶/夫妻)

(住高樓，環境安靜優美，背向地鐵，樓下有咖啡店和兩個小型超市以及其他商店，靠近Yishun 24小時診所，很是便利)

(可報地址,至少住6個月，和屋主同住，沒有中介費)

6.The tenant shall pay to the landlord 1 month deposit and 1 month rental fee

upon signing of this agreement.

租客在簽署本協議的同時應向房東支付1個月的押金以及1的租金。

1. Tenant(s) shall not terminate this agreement within the first 6 month(s), failing which

the deposit will not refundable. If after 6 months, both parties can cooperate happily

and the lease can be continue. Thereafter, tenant or landlord wishing to terminate this

agreement, must give 1month notice.

租客不可以在6個月內終止租約協議，否則押金將不予退還。如果6個月後，雙

方都可以愉快地合作，可以繼續延長租期。如若過了此期限，房東或租客希望終止協議

必須在提前 1個月給予通知。

8.Have aircon,fan Air conditioning is only available from 10pm to 7am.$200 is cab,over all room people share

(提供空調，風扇， 空調只限在 10pm 開到 7am 200 元上限，超過全屋人平分。)

9.No cooking,No smoking No visitor ,Can't use living room

(不可煮，不能吸煙，不可以帶訪客 ,客廳不可以使用。)

1. 2 pax $1280, 1 pax $950

11.Any time can start to move in,pay date same as move in date

隨時可以開始入住，搬進來的日期就是每月交租日期)

1. One month rent fee and one month deposit when leaving also must give one moth notice.

   （搬進來時一個月房租和一個月押金，搬離時至少一個月通知)

13.Wash machine use 3-4 day once)

   （洗衣機3-4天用一次)
